Talent agencies Found Entertainment and Mirador Talent Management have merged to become The Mirador Talent Group.

Founded in 2024 by Alice Russell and Miranda Chadwick, the group brings together their two talent agencies (Found Entertainment, established in 2014 and Mirador Management, established in 2019), on a mission to make good things happen.
