Talent agencies theFound and Mirador Talent Management have joined to become Mirador Talent Group.

Founded in 2025 by Alice Russell and Miranda Chadwick, the group brings together their two talent agencies (theFound, established in 2014, and Mirador Talent Management, established in 2019), on a mission to make good things happen.
